The Rustic Grill's approach to cooking is based on old southern-style concepts with progressive global trends.  We combine contemporary American cuisine with comfortable hospitality, foods that reconnect you to a time in life when things were simple & carefree. Whenever possible our Chef utilizes locally & organically grown ingredients at the absolute peak of their seasons. The Rustic Grill dishes are simple, clean, unpretentious, & rich in flavor & leave avid epicureans delighted.

 

The Rustic Grill has been named best new restaurant by the Herald Tribune, Sarasota Magazine, SRQ magazine and many others, one of the top 20 best new restaurants in Florida by Florida Trend and was described as an instant hit by Zagat survey.  We hold exceptionally high standards to assemble a diverse staff that shares passion and vision, to branch out into new areas of cuisine.  Our Chef spends time in the dining room finding out exactly how to ensure every guest’s experience is unforgettable.
